ABOUT HUMMINGBIRD PSYCHOTHERAPY
Founded by Maria Golubitsky in New York City, Hummingbird Psychotherapy is dedicated to helping people achieve inner well-being and personal growth through a holistic approach to therapy and a range of broader perspective practices.
With the belief that healing and growth are cultivated through a harmonized mind, body, and spirit, Hummingbird Psychotherapy helps our community address their unique needs and goals using dynamic methodologies, including cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic, mindfulness-based, and somatic therapy. Our support to open-minded individuals on their healing journey is rooted in trust, connection, and exploring the body as a tool for inner communication beyond words. We acknowledge that we are more than just our thoughts and emotions, but rather complex beings with physical, emotional, and spiritual dimensions. By tapping into these broader parts of ourselves, we can gain a deeper understanding of our inner world, finding new ways to heal and learn about ourselves along the way.
